To those who believe naming computers is nuts, I direct you to RFC 1178.
Caroline
Caroline is my new high-end system. She is a custom-built full tower with an Intel Core i7-2600k processor and 16 GB of RAM. She runs Windows 7 Professional Edition. She has a NVIDIA GTX 560 Ti graphics card, an LG BD-RE drive, a 64 GB SSD, and aside from her 2 TB hard drive, an additional 1 TB of RAID 1 (mirrored) storage.
Caroline is, like Echo, named after the main character from Dollhouse, as well as the personality who GLaDOS is based on from Portal 2.

Kino
Kino is my Barnes & Noble Nook Color, a 7-inch tablet/e-reader. It has a 800 MHz processor and runs a customized version Android 2.2.
Kino is named after the scouting device on the ill-fated series Stargate Universe. The Kinos were controlled by remotes about the same size, and the series was cancelled shortly after I bought it.
Milo
Milo is my Motorola A855 Droid, my first smartphone. It has a 600 MHz processor and runs Android 2.2.
Milo is named after the Milo tech demo for Microsoft Kinect as well as a short of "Motorola Milestone", which is the name internationally-sold Droids are sold as.
River
River was my on-the-go computer. She is a Toshiba Satellite M105-S3084 laptop with an Intel Centrino T2050 Duo processor and 4 GB of RAM. She runs both Windows 7 Professional Edition and Fedora 14, depending which hard drive she's got. While River is technically retired, she does still get occasional use for experimentation.
River is named after River Tam from Firefly and Serenity.

Lisle's name comes from the town of the business who was his original owner.
Kirby
Kirby is an old HP Pavilion xh675 laptop with an AMD Athlon 4 1.5 GHz processor with 512 MB of RAM running Windows XP Home Edition. Formerly my parents', and then my little brother's, this laptop has seen a lot of action, and it shows. It has a cracked joint where the screen is attached and the computer rattles when shaken. It also overheats after only a short use. However, it has some old development software on it, as well as some old files, and has occasionally come in handy.
Kirby is named after the Nintendo character.
Ziva II
Ziva is the only Macintosh I run, she is a dual-core G4 tower with 768 MB of RAM, running Mac OS X 10.3.9.
Ziva is named after the Ziva David from NCIS. The reason she is named after Ziva, is the following quote: "At Mossad we used Mac. I’m yet not accustomed to this operating system."
